We use wireless headphone technology to fully immerse you in the music, bringing you into the present moment. Each session is guided by a skilled Facilitator, who will help you to feel relaxed, unleashed, and share joy with others in the group. All ages are welcomed and no dance experience is necessary!

The session is 60 minutes long, and will start with gentle mindfulness before you are guided to dance through a journey of uplifting music, incorporating playfulness, movement, connection, and joy. It is an experience like no other! 

The dance will take place in the morning, outdoors in nature, on the Senior Primary lawn at Montessori International College (MIC) in Forest Glen. Feel the joy of being outdoors, moving your body with your friends and family at the start of your day. You won't regret it!

Finish time: The dance will end at 9.00am. Kindly ensure to leave the school grounds by 9.30am

This session is open to all ages! Children 4 and under may join for free!
