    One of the greatest challenges facing Web3 startups is security. In this 90 minute session, you’ll learn best practice for implementing robust security measures in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. 

    Marc Krisjanous, who has over 18 years of experience in the IT sector, will present the key steps Web3 startups should take to align with CryptoCurrency Security Standards and best practice.     Who should attend?

    This is a non-technical presentation aimed at founders and staff of Web3 ventures wanting to learn about or improve their security measures. The session is designed for those with little to no existing knowledge of Web3 security.

    Marc Krisjanous

    Marc has over 18 years’ experience in the IT security sector in a variety of roles including IT Security Architect, IT Service Manager and as the Security Operations Centre Manager for a critical New Zealand infrastructure entity. As a Senior Security Consultant at Confide, Marc is involved with many of our large customers that have complex payment environments. 

    Marc is a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) for PCI DSS, he holds CISSP and ISO27001 Lead Auditor certification, and has a number of blockchain and cryptocurrency based certifications. As well as being a certified CryptoCurrency Security Standard Auditor (CCSSA), Marc assisted C4 (the certification body for CCSS) in the development of the CCSSA program and conducted its first ever CCSS audit.
