Description

Growing Kind Hearts and Confident Little Ones. 🌻

Through sunflowers, stories, and simple nature activities, children will plant seeds of sunshine both in the earth and within themselves, growing kind hearts and confident little humans.

Join Adventure Seekers for a gentle morning in nature where little hands will create, paint, explore and reflect together.

Inspired by the beautiful journey of the sunflower, this workshop encourages children to slow down, embrace curiosity and discover that just like the seeds they plant, they are growing too.

Together we'll enjoy a morning of:

🌻 Story time inspired by the sunflower's journey

🌱 Planting a sunflower seed to take home and observe

🎨 Creating a beautiful Sunflower Self-Love Bloom

🌾 Making sunflower seed bombs to spread a little sunshine

💛 Gentle reflection, gratitude and connection in nature

Children will leave with their own handmade creations, sunflower activities to continue at home, and hearts full of confidence, kindness and wonder.
