About the hosts:
The Village Northern Beaches:
The Village Northern Beaches is a local charity that supports adults who are working or living with young people aged 12 and above on the Northern Beaches. It’s aim is to make it easier for adults to access reliable information and support when challenges present with their young people, and to promote the preservation of relationship as the basis for protection, prevention and healing.
Function & Flow Therapy
Function & Flow Therapy is a Northern Beaches-based occupational therapy practice supporting children, young people, and their families from birth to 25 years. We provide neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and family-centered therapy that’s rooted in compassion, connection, and real-life functionality. Our aim is to help individuals access meaningful activities and find their unique “flow”—that where confidence, joy, and capability meet.
