The 15th annual Scottish Empty Homes Conference will take place on Thursday 29th October 2026 at Trades Hall in Glasgow.

The theme of this year's conference is centred around helping empty homes professionals to build practical tools to help them tackle the issue of empty homes - From Problems to Solutions: Building Your Empty Homes Toolkit.

We'll also be presenting the Scottish Empty Homes Awards - nominations are now open! The awards are a chance to celebrate the incredible work of people across Scotland to bring empty homes back into use.
