🚗 By Car ➡️Enter 4 Te Aroha Street into your GPS or navigation app. ➡️The centre is in Claudelands, just off River Road and easy to access via the Waikato Expressway and Ruakura Road interchange ➡️There’s off‑street parking available at the venue . 🚌 By Public Transport Bus ➡️Routes 13, 14, O (Orbiter), and 23 serve stops within 1–3 minutes’ walk of The Link ➡️These buses link major hubs like Hamilton Transport Centre, university, and suburbs via high-frequency services. ➡️Use a Bee Card for contactless tagging on board Train + Bus ➡️Nearest station is Hamilton Frankton, approximately a 14-minute walk (about 1 km away) ➡️Trains on the Te Huia line run between Auckland and Hamilton (Frankton station). ➡️From Frankton, transfer to any of the buses above (13, 14, O, or 23) to reach Te Aroha St.

The Self-Care & Connect event will be held in the Purdie and Cattanach Halls at The Link Community Centre, 4 Te Aroha Street, Hamilton. 🅿️ Parking is available on-site — follow the signs for The Link carpark. 🚪 Entry is through the main reception entrance. If you need assistance at any point, look for a team member wearing an Insight Endometriosis badge — we’re here to help!

Once inside, follow the signage to the Purdie and Cattanach Halls, or just ask one of our friendly volunteers to point you in the right direction.
