The Quiet Chapter’s creative well being workshops offer a welcoming space to slow down, explore your creativity and enjoy meaningful time away from everyday demands.

Each two-hour workshop has its own theme and creative activity, with all materials, guidance and light refreshments provided.

These workshops are about well being, self-expression and connection—not artistic perfection. You do not need any previous experience or special creative skills. Simply come as you are, and you will be supported to create at your own pace.

Create your own meaningful junk journal using pockets, vintage papers, lace, textures and personal details.

💗 CHOOSE YOU: A WOMEN’S SELF-CARE EVENING
Friday 11 September | 6:00 pm–8:00 pm

Inspired by the Jean Hailes Women’s Health Week theme, “Do It Anyway,” this special evening is an opportunity to pause, create and choose your health.

Build your own personal self-care ritual box, create bath salts, decorate a journal and ritual box, make mindful moment cards and paint a personal canvas.

Raffle tickets will also be available on the evening, with all raffle proceeds donated to Jean Hailes in support of Women’s Health Week.

Please note: the $65 workshop ticket covers participation in the workshop. Raffle ticket proceeds are the funds being donated.

Create a whimsical Halloween-inspired junk journal using vintage ephemera, potion labels, lace, tags and magical details.

🌙 HAUNTED MIXED MEDIA CANVAS

Create a hauntingly beautiful canvas with moody layers, texture, vintage elements and a touch of magic.

💜 GRATITUDE JOURNAL WORKSHOP

Create a gratitude journal designed to encourage positivity, reflection and appreciation for the small moments in everyday life.

☀️ SUMMER VISION BOARD
Saturday 28 November | 10:00 am–12:00 pm

Create a personal vision board to explore your dreams, set intentions and bring your summer goals to life.

🎄 QUIET CHRISTMAS COLLECTION
Friday 4 December | 6:00 pm–8:00 pm

Create a Christmas journal and handmade gift tags using vintage papers, lace, stamps and festive details.
