Are you feeling a bit exhausted right now? You're not alone. We're negotiating this new new normal and figuring out how to balance socialising, work and looking after ourselves. Life right now can leave you feeling excited, anxious, exhausted or somewhere in-between - working on your self-care is essential, especially right now.
We asked and you told us a workshop on practical self-care, aka how to recharge your batteries, is something that would really help at the moment.
Join us for a 90-minute online workshop (*note: this has changed from in-person to online) from the comfort of your own home. It will be welcoming, fun, helpful and worth your time now and the future.
You will:
- Learn about what self-care is (and isn’t!)
- Identify your daily and emergency self-care needs
- Create an individual, practical and realistic self-care plan
- Connect, learn & share for others in the Yes Get It community
Gather your coziest blanket and cup for tea for this practical and useful workshop. For people who are up to big stuff in life, whether it be in your career, side projects, family, giving back to the community or personal health.

Helen Babb is the CEO & Founder of Yes Get It, an organisation that is committed to creating a world where women and historically marginalised people are skilled-up and supported to thrive. Her facilitation and corporate experience spans Australia and the U.S and includes leadership, social and emotional intelligence, reproductive justice, LGBTI+ equality and programs using the Rites of Passage Institute method.
