Have you heard about neurodivergence and wanting to know more but not really knowing where to start looking?

I felt that way three years ago when I started my Masters in Neuroscience, I wanted to know more about how my brain worked and how it gave me strength in some areas and was lost in translation other times. I wanted to know why the animal part was easy, but it was the people part that I sometimes struggled with, and I wanted to practice veterinary science from a grounded place, responding to demands not reacting.

This day includes discussions around Autism, ADHD and other learning differences. We will be guided through two Yoga sessions and discover other practical strategies to regulate your nervous system, backed by neuroscience. We will enjoy a beautiful bush setting and I encourage you to have fun and join me for a swim in the creek at the end of the day.

I have focused on people in the veterinary industry because I know what we go through, I am still practicing as a vet and I want to share the strategies I put in place to help me everyday. All are welcome, Vet Students, Vets, Nurses, and management, anyone with A Curious Mind.
