HOSTED DURING NATIONAL CARERS WEEK: PalliLEARN Webinars are FREE for PCSA Members and for people living or working in Country SA

You can’t pour from an empty cup. This 1-hour introductory education course focuses on sharing hints and tips regarding self-care.

Why attend?
The way we care for our dying reflects the humanity and compassion of our society.
Through training, we can create resilience, understanding and capacity within our community, helping us care for our loved ones, families and friends.

Who can attend?
This course is for all members of the community and there is no requirement for training or experience within the health or palliative care space.
Whilst not directly targeted to health professionals, we welcome the attendance of everyone interested in these areas.

• Self-care planning

• Creating self-care habits

A Certificate of Attendance will be provided after the course on request

Participating in this course:
This course will be delivered live via Zoom webinar link. You will be able to ask questions and have them answered during the webinar, via the chat function.
Anyone who registers for this course but then is unable to participate in the live webinar, will receive a link to watch the webinar within 48 hours of receiving the recording.
