What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in layers of sound—rich in overtones and harmonics—that promote deep relaxation. Just like music can move us emotionally, sound baths use frequency, vibration, and tone to help calm the mind, soothe the body, and invite greater clarity and emotional awareness.

At Vibe Wellness and Sound Healing, we guide you through this experience using the foundational elements of music to support inner stillness and reflection. Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, sound baths offer a unique way to reset and reconnect.

What to Expect:
No experience is needed—simply lie back, relax, and receive. Many first-timers report feeling more deeply relaxed than they ever have during traditional meditation.
