Event description

Join us for our second wholesome wellness event, "Self-Care Sunday," a morning dedicated to nurturing your well-being! I am teaming up with some rad local humans here in Hamilton to bring you a morning of movement, nourishment, and connection. This event will be held at the Breathing Studio from 9:00am to 11:30am. The purpose of this event is to provide a refreshing start to your sunday, with activities rejuvenating your mental, physical, spiritual, social & emotional needs.

9:00am - 9.15am: Connection

A moment set aside to connect & meet the other humans in this space

9:15am - 10.15am: Movement 

An hour of vinyasa and yin led by Lashara from Ara Studios

10.15am - 10:45am: Journal 

A seated guided journaling session which will be led by a human (to be confirmed)

10:45am - 11:00am: Nourishment 

Indulge in the ultimate wholesome bowls crafted by the amazing team at Soul Boul, designed to nourish and energise you

11:00am - 11:30am: Closing

A moment to say your goodbyes and engage meaningfully, paving the way for new connections

Tickets include:

  • Movement led by Lashara from Ara Studios
  • Breakfast by Soul Boul 
  • 30min guided journal session led by a human (to be confirmed) 

Important information:

  • Please allow 15 minutes for check in. Please contact us via instagram messages (@wholesome.wellnessss), or email us at wholesomewellnessss@gmail.com if you are going to be late.
  • Please bring your water bottle, journal and wear comfortable activewear. Mats and other props will be provided at the venue.
  • The event ticket is non-refundable but transferrable. If you are no longer able to attend, you can transfer your ticket to another human. Please just notify us if you are no longer able to attend at least 24 hours before the event.
  • There are three Soul Boul options, Snickers: Fix & Fogg peanut butter, banana, pink himalayan salt, organic cacao & maca, dates, granola, coconut yoghurt & raspberries. Hello Yellow: Passionfruit, mango, banana, vegan pea protein, collagen, granola, coconut yoghurt & raspberries. Greenpeace: Mango, spinach, vegan pea protein, spirulina, banana, granola, coconut yoghurt & raspberries. Please leave in notes which flavour you would like. 
  • Please be aware that we may capture photographs and video recordings during the event for use in promotional materials, including social media, and other marketing platforms. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, kindly inform us upon signing in, and we will ensure that your preferences are respected.
