Welcome to Self Care Sunday in Bellevue. Let's connect and explore the mind.body.soul.spirit journey with other like minded friends in this monthly offering. You can expect guided Breathwork, meditation, conversations and energy healing at most gathering. Each month we will explore different topics relevant to self care and our connection with self, energies we carry within and tending to them. 

The March offering will be happening as we say goodbye to winter and welcome spring. We will clear out the energy of winter and clear our mind body and spirit to welcome new energy through a guide mediation, Breathwork, journaling, share cleansing nibbles, and use energy work to move and open our energetic system.
