Breathe, Ground, and Recharge with Fran

Join us for a soul-nourishing 30-minute Heart Chakra Yoga class with Fran, part of the beautiful Nourish & Flourish Pop-Up experience.

In this calming yoga session, you'll learn to reconnect with your mind, body, and breath — bringing balance, easing stress, boosting mental clarity, lifting your energy, and enhancing emotional wellbeing. It is a serene practice suitable for any stage/level or age.

Session time: 12:35 PM - 1:05 PM - class will be starting at 12:35 PM sharp, please arrive 5 mins before to settle in.

Self-Care with Fran's classes will be behind the main stage (directional signs will be there on the day)

What to bring:

Your own yoga mat
Comfy clothes you can relax and move in

Tickets: Only $5 per person
