Jessie Alice
Founder of EverCircle, Jessie started EverCircle in 2019 with one product and has grown it by finding ways to overcome beauty barriers and reduce the industry’s impact. Her background spans food rescue and the surf industry, and she believes sustainable change shouldn’t mean guilting individuals into changing the world.

Paul Frasca
Co-founder and Managing Director of Sustainable Salons, Paul is a former hairdresser who co-founded the social enterprise in 2015 with Ewelina Soroko. The organisation works with more than 1,500 salons across Australia and New Zealand, helping them recycle up to 95% of their salon bin. Paul and Ewelina were named COSBOA Small Business Champions in 2019.

Vanessa Gray Lyndon
Master formulator at Biode and founder of Vanessa Megan Skincare, Vanessa designs natural products with the planet in mind, from the biodegradable packaging of Biode’s Zero Waste Collection to refillable bottles made from recycled materials. Her work earned Biode the Beauty category win at the 2023 Polestar Visionary Awards.
