Pride Self-Defence Class

Albany’s Mitsu Domoe Mattial arts is proud to support Albany Pride with a 2hr self defence class for Albany’s LGBTQIA+ teen and adult community .
Come and enjoy the session lead buy the all inclusive instructors who what to make sure our diverse community feels supported and valued.
A great event for those who want to experience something active, build confidence with safety in the community and have support from a business that celebrates Albany’s LGBTQIA community and visibility.
This is a special event created for Albany Pride and Albany’s LGBTQIA+ community.

Please Note: The venue requires all participants to sign a waiver before the class begins. Please plan to arrive by 12:45pm for a 1pm start.
We may take pictures at the event to publish on our social media pages - if you do not wish to be photographed, on the day please make yourself known to the photographer or politely decline when asked if it's ok to take your picture.

In accordance to requirements in WA, you will be asked to show proof of double-dose vaccination, or alternatively a valid proof of exemption. You may also be asked for a photo ID as proof of identity, such as a drivers licence or Proof of Age card.
The WA government requirements may change again prior to the event and more restrictions may be put in place, for example the use of face masks.
Should you not be able to provide the required documentation or unwilling to comply with the requirements in place at the time, entry will be denied and we won't be in a position to offer a refund.
