Event description

A Self Defence Class on the fundamentals of the Japanese Martial Art, Aikido!🥋

- 1 hour class followed by 1 hour of tea, snacks and a discussion on women in martial arts!

- A female instructor from the organisation AikidoWA will be teaching

*Please bring: a water bottle and gym clothes
