Treat yourself to a morning of rejuvenation and empowerment at our Self Care Sunday morning retreat! Designed for high-achieving, big-dreaming women, this event includes a calming meditation, bath house soak, delicious breakfast, and an inspiring ‘future you’ workshop. 

As the year winds down, it can be easy to feel stressed and overwhelmed but this event is your chance to reset, recharge and reconnect with yourself. 

Self Care Sunday will cover advice on how you can regulate your nervous system and the habits you can implement into your daily life by visualising your future self and showing up as her every day. Join us for a morning dedicated to self-care.

Jess Martin, host Abundant & Aligned podcast

Jess is a mentor, host of Abundant + Aligned podcast and female leader guiding women to live a life far from average.

What is now a multi six-figure brand, started as an idea in 2018 when she decided her career in law was no longer a future she wanted. Freedom was her priority and she was determined to not only make it her reality, but be the inspiration for other women as to what is possible.

Over the years she has overcome the hurdles that come with a big life pivot, navigated a new way of being and is the proof of what can come when you believe in yourself.

Through her podcast, programs and social media platforms, Jess is here to give you all the tools, resources and wisdom you need to tap into your unlimited potential. Her impact is loud, intentional and inspired by the mission she knows she was put on this earth to make. 

Self events are for young women who are motivated to learn, grow, and surround themselves with others wanting to be their best self too!

Wear: Whatever makes you feel like your best self! Comfortable clothes to sit and meditate in and bring swimmers for the soak.
