Self Care Sunday, is officially returning and we couldn't be more excited to invite you to a morning of slowing down, tuning in, and coming back to you. Think: feel good movement, cup filling chats, and real connection, all designed to reset your mind and body. We will start the day with a beautiful Pilates session led by the team at CorePlus Kawana, followed by an inspiring keynote and future you workshop from Bec Stewart, founder of The Habit Tracker, host of In Her Power podcast, and all-round wellness girlie.

This is your mid-year moment to pause, reflect and set fresh intentions for the season ahead. Because the best thing you can do is take care of you and Bec's passion for personal development and daily rituals will leave you feeling empowered to show up as your best self, not just for one day, but every day (and provide us with some tips on how to listen to our bodies and show up for ourselves on those harder days too).

This year, we are also proud to be supporting Give Me 5, a local initiative by Wishlist that helps raise vital funds for health services and patient support for children and families on the Sunshine Coast. $5 from every ticket will be donated and we encourage you to match our donation when purchasing your ticket.

Introducing our speaker: Bec Stewart

We are so excited to welcome Bec Stewart as our guest speaker for Self Care Sunday. If you haven’t come across Bec yet, she’s the founder of The Habit Tracker, host of the In Her Power podcast, and a passionate voice in the wellness and personal development space.

Bec is known for keeping it real while inspiring you to build strong habits, embrace self-discipline, and create a life that’s aligned with your values. Her mission? To help women step into their power and start showing up for themselves in big, bold ways.

Introducing our INSTRUCTORS: Elly and Eyrlie, COREPLUS KAWANA

Take a moment for yourself with a mat pilates class hosted by the bubbly, bright powerhouse duo Elly and Eyrlie from CorePlus Kawana. If you haven't tried CorePlus before you are in for a treat! You will laugh, you will sweat and you will feel incredible afterwards. As a long term pilates gal, CorePlus just does things differently in the BEST way. The vibes will be high, the music will leave you wanting that playlist in your ears days later.

Self events are for women who are motivated to learn, grow, and surround themselves with others wanting to be their best self too!

Wear: Your fave cute and comfy activewear for pilates! Bring a water bottle and towel too. Mats will be provided
