Self Love Circle Journey (5 weeks)
Event description
Whilst loving yourself first and foremost is so important to getting the love you truly desire in your life, it can also be the hardest thing to do.Â
This 5 week offering is for women who may find themselves stressed, or disconnected and busy and who may find themselves putting their relationship to themselves last on the priorities list.Â
The journey we’ll take supports women to find themselves amongst a busy life, to find a new respect for their self connection, and empower them to break through blocks stopping them from loving themselves in the ways that they truly yearn to.
This event is designed for all women no matter where you are on your journey with self love. In each circle we will be accessing our own inner realms and working with our higher self and body to develop practices and routines that you can stick to.Â
We’ll be lovingly working through blocks and subconscious limitations that may stop you from loving yourself, we'll also be having nourishing and inspiring conversations about a range of topics relating to self love.Â
This series will liberate you from your inner blocks and ways that you may sabotage creating a loving and peaceful relationship with self.Â
You will walk away knowing that inner peace and self love is possible for you, because you'll have a clear vision of it, plus tools and practices to support you creating that reality for yourself.Â
Brooke holds a safe, nurturing, heart led space for women, she is a qualified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Intuitive Life Coach and Sacred Mama Circle Facilitator, she has held women’s events/ circles and workshops locally and online. Brooke is passionate about building loving community and supporting inner freedom and empowerment through self love. She uses her own personal journey as her inspiration.
Cost is $150 for 5 circles ($30 each), you can pay online in full or cash in person.Â
