In this workshop I will be teaching mindfulness techniques and yoga sharing everyday wellness practices as tools for life. I will be focusing on self love, self worth and self confidence.
The the workshop will include
- Letting go techniques - chuck your junk
- Breath work
- Working with loving gentle clearing crystals
- Yoga practice and games with heart opening poses and a mini meditation ‘My Happy Place’
- Let’s talk Gratitude - Group discussion
- Positive affirmations and create your own affirmation stones
- Lucky Dip
This workshop is specifically designed for kids 5-8 years to build self-love, boost confidence, and nurture a grateful heart! Through playful yoga poses, breathing exercises, and letting-go techniques, children will learn to connect with their inner strength, practice mindfulness, and develop positive self-awareness. This workshop will leave your child feeling calm, empowered, and ready to embrace each day with confidence and gratitude.
Don’t forget to wear comfy clothing, a water bottle and a light blanket for relaxation.
