Hawkesbury Women's Circle ~ Self Loveeee
Description
This month’s circle is centred around self love, how it shows up (or doesn't) in our lives.
Together we’ll gather in conversation, reflection, and connection as we explore what self love looks like for us.
As always, no pressure to share, no need to be “spiritual,” and no expectation to arrive as anything other than yourself.
Just women gathering together, exactly as we are.
What to expect:
✨ Guided sharing
✨ Gentle creative exploration
✨ A warm, supportive environment
✨ Moments of movement
✨ Light snacks and plenty of tea provided
Held at Pilates Etc, North Richmond. By Tahlia ~ Held by Tahlia.
All women are welcome.
FAQs
- Do I need experience in women's circles to attend?
Not at all. No experience is needed, you are welcome exactly as you are. Everything will be gently guided, and there is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with. Many women attend their very first circle feeling a little nervous, and quickly discover how natural and supportive the space feels.
- Do I have to share or speak?
No. Sharing is always an invitation, never an obligation. You are welcome to simply listen and take part in whatever feels comfortable for you.
- What should I bring?
Bring yourself as you are. You may like to bring a water bottle, or anything that helps you feel comfortable, but nothing is required.
- Is this a safe and confidential space?
Yes. Women’s circles are built on respect and confidentiality. What is shared in circle stays in circle, creating a space of trust and care for everyone attending.
- Who is this circle for?
This space is open to ALL women seeking connection, reflection, and community. You are welcome whether you feel excited, curious, nervous, or simply in need of a space to pause.
- What if I feel emotional during the circle?
All emotions are welcome here. You will be gently supported, and you are always free to step outside, take a pause, or care for yourself in whatever way you need.
