The NDIS has had new rules called the prescribed support lists and the replacement rule for over nine months.
Lots of people who manage their plans know about these rules, but many are still confused about how they really work.

This workshop will explain things clearly. We’ll talk about how the rules are being used, what choices you still have, and ways to make good decisions when buying supports.

In this workshop, we will:

• Go over the lists again and clear up some common questions

• Explain what the replacement rule means with real examples

• Talk about how the rules might change your choices when using your plan.

• Take your questions! -What would you like to ask the NDIA about this topic? (We will try to get answers to your questions, but we might not be able to answer all of them.) Please make your questions general so that they can be helpful to others
