Event description

Come drop into your body and nourish your hinengaro, your mind with these beautiful tools. During this upcoming maramataka, this moon phase, Korekore Rawea, the energy collectively in our taiao, our environment and within us asks us to slow, to be tau, to be settled.

Let’s awhi, support our bodies, our minds and gift ourselves space, then go back home to our whānau, our families refreshed and ready for a restful moe, sleep.

Who is this offering for? Those who can lie, be still for 30 minutes minimum and who can allow others to have a calm environment.

Is there someone you can support at this time and invite to come along with you? Maybe this is just what they need. If putea, money is a barrier for them or for yourself, please purchase "Kōrero with Mel" and message me directly.
