Join us for a full day of connection, celebration, and free giveaways as we launch Orientation Week at the University of Adelaide! This is your chance to meet other students, hear from inspiring speakers, and get all the info you need to start your uni journey with confidence.

9:00am – 10:00am
👉 Check-In & Welcome Vibes at the Goodman Lawns
Grab your wristband, meet our friendly crew, enjoy some tunes and get settled in.

10:00am – 11:00am
🌿 Official Welcome & Speeches
Our MC will kick things off with energy and warmth. This session includes a Welcome to Country, plus some information about what you can expect on the day!

11:00am – 12:00pm

• Transitioning to Uni Life Workshop - designed for first-time students, you'll learn essential study strategies, how to balance uni life, and how to access supports on campus

• Student Panel: Uni Life - led by current student leaders, this session will provide practical tips for success and give you an opportunity to ask questions and get advice from your peers

12:00pm – 1:30pm
🍛 Lunch & Lawn Games
Head to back to the Goodman Lawns for a free curry lunch. Play some games with your new friends!

1:30pm – 2:00pm
📚 Library Workshop
Learn how to access resources, borrow items, book study spaces, and get referencing help at the University of Adelaide Library. This session will help you make the most of our services, whether you're new or returning.

2:00pm – 3:00pm

Attend the session you didn’t choose in the morning:

Celebrate the end of your first big day with a Silent Disco, DJ, Social activities, prizes and free pizza!

• Wear comfy clothes - it's the middle of Winter in Adelaide, so pack warm!

• Bring a water bottle
