Semps & Kel’s Listening Party 📞 Lifeline Fundraiser

Your favourite caravan bar is thrilled to announce Semps & Kel’s Listening Party, the latest installment in our Captain for a Cause series—a Lifeline fundraiser that unites music, art, and community. Local artists and event promoters Semps & Kel have curated an unforgettable evening featuring an eclectic lineup of DJs, a thought-provoking art exhibition, and a unique open mic poetry session.

We’ve partnered with Captain to bring you this event, where you'll experience sounds from some of the finest local DJs, alongside "Head Above Water", an art exhibition by the talented Micah Kutschker. As part of the evening, the Lowercase Poetry crew will host an open mic session, inviting you to share and celebrate the power of words.

Our mission is to raise funds for Lifeline, an essential service providing support for suicide prevention, the cost of living, and domestic or sexual violence. Every day, Lifeline receives 3,300 calls nationally, but only 80% are answered due to a shortage of trained volunteers. With your help, we aim to fund training for more volunteers so that fewer calls go unanswered.
