To celebrate South Australia’s Week of Ageing Well, we invite you to come along and learn the basics of senior self-defence. This is an opportunity to develop confidence and awareness around wellbeing. 


Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Please wear loose clothing.

Suitable for seniors.
