Event description

For this Senior's Month Castlemaine Pride and BirdLife Castlemaine bring you a 'Rainbow Birdwalk.'

Come along and connect with nature and other queer folks on our bird watching wander along Campbells Creek Trail. Whether you’re an experienced bird nerd or looking for an inclusive intro to the world of birds, this event is for you.

This event is for all ages and open to allies, so bring along your friends, family and  grandchildren.

Presented by Castlemaine Pride in conjunction with BirdLife Castlemaine.

Where: Campbells Creek Trail - starting and ending at Lewis Drive. Please meet at the Lewis Drive overflow carpark (turn left just before the entrance to the Salvage Yard and Good Op shop carpark). We will travel south along the Trail and turn back in time to have morning tea at Stak’s Cafe at 11am.

Accessibility: participants will be required to move along a section of the Campbells Creek trail. Please contact Castlemaine Community House if you are unfamiliar with this trail and would like further information around accessibility.
