Description
Step through the doors of the Ballarat Town Hall for a guided tour with one of our knowledgeable Hall Keepers.
A fascinating hour awaits with stories of the history of Ballarat and the Town Hall's part in it. Explore areas of the Town Hall normally not accessible to the Public.
This tour will inform and delight both visitors to, and residents of, this historic city.

Signage provided at the Visitor Information Centre entrance
Tours begin from the Visitor Information Centre (Bath Lane entrance) and guests can check in at the Town Hall Enquiries Desk
Lift access available via Bath Lane at the rear of the Town Hall
Ramp access available to the rear lift
Metered parking is available in front of and beside the Town Hall. Additional parking is available on nearby streets or at the multi-story car park at Central Square
Accessible toilet and Adult Change Facility at the rear of the Town Hall (Bath Lane)
Accessible toilet on the first floor
Hearing loop access is available in the Trench Room, Committee Room 1 and Committee Room 2
Doorways wide enough for scooter and wheelchair access
Assistance animals are welcome, including an assistance dog within the meaning of section 4(1) of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 (Vic).
