  • A minimum upfront payment, which includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit, is required to secure your order.

Calling all primary school-aged students! 

Registrations for Guide Dogs Victoria's July Children's Camp, SENSE-ational Adventures are now open. Get ready for a fun-filled, adventurous camp designed to build confidence, independence, and essential Orientation & Mobility (O&M) and Occupational Therapy (OT) skills – all while making new friends!

Camp highlights: 

  • Explore the senses through hands-on, engaging activities 
  • Practice safe travel skills, including use of public transport
  • Discover how technology can support independence 
  • Build social and conversation skills 
  • Make new friends and enjoy group activities 
  • Try our accessible tools in fun meal prep sessions

When: From 10 am Monday 7 July to 3 pm Wednesday 9 July 2025

Where: Residential Wing – Guide Dogs Victoria, 2-6 Chandler Highway, Kew VIC 3101

Cost: $2,880 
Cost includes therapy service at a 1:2 ratio delivered by O&M’s, OT’s and Support Workers. Activities and meal costs are covered by Guide Dogs Victoria philanthropy funding. Programs and Camps can be funded under a number of different line items within a NDIS plan. When applying to attend you will be asked to confirm how you will pay.

  2. Community Participation Activities NDIS reference number 09_011_0125_6-3 Unit cost item, specific to the program.

Want to attend but not interested in staying overnight on Campus? Not a problem, you can join us as a day camper and still enjoy the fun!

If we have more applications than places available on the closing date, 14 students will be selected. This selection process will take into consideration the appropriateness of this program to the student’s age and O&M/OT goals.
