Description

NSSN, the Semiconductor Sector Service Bureau and Macquarie University are jointly host” Sensing meets Semiconductors”.   This is an opportunity for researchers, companies and others involved in semiconductors and sensing innovation to learn and connect with each other. 

Speakers include:

  • NSW Chief Scientist and Engineer, Professor Hugh Durrant-Whyte

  • UNSW Dean of Engineering and NSSN Co-Director, Professor Julien Epps

  • S3B interim Director, Tara Hamilton

  • Macquarie University Head of NanoTech Laboratory, Professor Noushin Nasiri

  • Others to be confirmed.

There will be keynotes and panel discussions focusing on “Sensing and Semiconductors – Current and Future Opportunities” and “Climbing the TRL ladder – Practical Considerations”. 

The half day event will be preceded by an optional facilities tour (from 11am) and followed by networking drinks.
