We’ll begin gently - grounding and connecting - then spiral into an ecstatic dance journey guided by music, breath, and the rhythm of your own sensual soul.

Let yourself be moved. Let your edges soften. Let it all come alive.

There will be a soft, fluffy floor space to roll, melt, stretch, and purr in.
Feel free to be wild, weird, or wonderfully still - every part of you is welcome.

Time Flow:
🕓 17:45 - Arrive, land, and mingle with the tribe
18:00 - Circle up and warm up the body and heart
18:15 - Ecstatic Dance journey begins
🎶 20:00 - Gentle live music to help you land and breathe
20:15 – Closing circle and integration
