Sensual Somatic Playshop
Event description
A movement and embodiment experience to awaken your sensuality, deepen your self-connection, and explore relational presence.
Slow down and reconnect with your body’s wisdom. This playshop invites you into slow somatic practices that help you move emotion through your body while staying rooted in presence and pleasure. Through non-linear, body-led movement, you’ll drop out of your head and into your body — cultivating trust in your sensations, your desires, and your authenticity.
We’ll also explore somatic relating and attunement exercises — gentle, embodied practices that support you in feeling and being felt in safe, consensual connection with others. These practices help expand your nervous system’s capacity for intimacy, co-regulation, and expression while honoring your authentic boundaries and body’s “yes” and “no.”
This movement style is inspired by S Factor, a sensual embodiment practice that invites you to slow down, reconnect to your body's wisdom, and somatic expression in a judgment-free space. Whether you're moving solo or in connection with others, you'll be guided to stay present with your body, your breath, and your pleasure.
This is a space to be witnessed without pressure, to offer presence without performance, and to remember how healing and nourishing it is to be in body-based truth and connection — together.
