Throughout my experience as a certified bodyworker and alternative therapy practitioner, I have seen the need for deeper connections, and better ways for men and women to enjoy meaningful, authentic, intimate connections with themselves and each other.

As a bodyworker, I absolutely LOVE touch, I understand just how powerful it can be and how important it is for humans to have physical touch in our lives. Unfortunately, for some, touch can be something that is not fully embraced in healthy ways as much as it could be, especially within relationships.

Over the years, within my personal life, my work life, and most recently in my incredible trainings through CSE (Conscious Sexuality Experience), I’ve come to the awareness, that deep, meaningful, authentic touch can ultimately change people’s lives in more ways than one.

‘Sensuous Touch’ is a 4 Hour Workshop designed to guide couples in Creating Deeper CONNECTION, PASSION & PLEASURE with each other, for each other and, for themselves.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

During the workshop we will cover all aspects of giving and receiving massage with your partner. From setting up a comfortably inviting space which creates the perfect ambience, all the way through to the importance of ensuring the right aftercare is considered for both partners.

You and your partner will be given the tools to;

• Create the ambience

• Connect in with yourself and your partner on a more conscious level

• Openly discuss desires, boundaries and consent between each other in ways that eliminate judgment and shame

• Use techniques such as breath, sound and movement in ways that can help relax and open yourself and your partner to receiving more

• Include the elements of sight, sound, taste, smell, and touch to activate deeper arousal

• Provide your partner with a massage that is not only incredibly pleasurable for them, but also for you as the masseuse.

• Continue your connection with each other beyond your massage experience
