Gather Around: Seollal with SoBahn 82 (6pm)

Celebrate Seollal (Korean Lunar New Year) with SoBahn 82 by eating and learning about the traditional Seollal dishes! This prix menu consists of trying traditional dishes eaten during Seollal as well as making your own mandu (dumpling).  Please note this is the 6 pm seating.

Starter: 

· Korean Mustard Salad: Boiled shrimp, Korean pear, cucumber, and pine nut with Korean mustard dressing. 

· Jeon Medley: Egg battered and pan fried dish. Samsaek jeon, cod, and hobak (Korean zucchini) jeon.

Main: 

· Tteok Manduguk: Korean rice cake with dumpling soup. 

· Namul Bibimbap: Traditional cooked vegetables with jang (fermented sauce).

Dessert: 

· Yakbap: Korean sweet rice with dried fruit and nuts. Served with a choice of a tart Omija (five-flavor fruit) or Sicklepod tea.

Tickets: $50 per person

Fine print: 

• The event will be held in the Demonstration Kitchen, inside Mother Road Market. These are the yellow doors across from Akira Sushi & Ramen.
• Please note there are two seatings for this event: 12pm and 6pm.
• Check-in will begin 10 minutes before the event starts.
• Drinks are available for purchase at The WEL Bar.
• No substitution will be accommodated for this event.
• Tipping in cash is greatly appreciated but not required.
