Wunya/Welcome/Ngara ♡

This Ecstatic Dance Ceremony provides an invitation to come into stronger allignment with nature. To dance barefoot on the earth and feel the fortitude of gathering in intentional community. We will dance around the fire, witnessing both the beauty of the sunset and also the power and mystery of the darkness ♡

We will dance under the Full Moon, illuminating all that we seek to let go off.

This event is an opportunity to remember our true nature, to feel a sense of freedom with our bodies, to let go of the masks or veils that many of us carry. The elements of dance, movement and music support us to embrace our playful and childlike expression with a sense of freedom and fluidity.

This Ecstatic Dance Ceremony will be held with reverence for the sacred land upon which we gather. We will sit in humility on Kubi Kubi/Yinabarra land and come together as a family to support each other and explore our edges for vulnerability ♡

The natural soundscape of the Cockatoos, Bell Birds, Eagles and Kookaburras provides a magical ambience for supporting us to come into closer harmony with mother earth.

Strictly NO drugs or Alcohol, this is a Sober event.

We ask you to kindly respect this and please no entheogens or hallucinogenic substances.

Essential items to bring
✬ Water (At least 3Litres) (There is a fresh water available from the waterfall and we suggest bringing purification tablets)
✬Food for FRIDAY Lunch. Our vision is that we can all bring a little something to share together.
✬ Tent or Shelter for overnight stay
✬ Camping Mattress/sleeping bag etc
✬ Sacred items for the Altar are welcomed.
✬Warm Clothes – gets chilly at night

Facilitator: James

James is a masters degree qualified psychotherapist/counsellor and a passionate group facilitator. His strength is to create spaces which embody authenticity, transparency and integrity. James has worked in the healing arts for the lasty decade and his passion lies in transpersonal psychology, group therapy and drawing on ancient wisdom to support healing and wholeness. His key interests lie in curanderismo (shamanism), plant medicine ceremony, pathways to awakening, meditation, sexuality and conscious expressive dance.
