RG Rugby Academy

Open to all boys and girls between the ages of 7-13.

The Rugby camp will provide:

-Rugby Games to build Awareness 

-New Tackle Law Technique 

-Ruck decision making and understanding 

-Skill Development & Team work

-Performance Recovery workshop (ice baths)

-Catch Pass decision making

-Rugby IQ  and Law Clarity 

-Prizes & Giveaways 

Choose between either One or two day opportunity.

Players will need to bring a water bottle, togs and towel, morning tea and lunch each day.

The Camp will be held at Bond University Rugby Club.
