Our monthly breakfast catch-ups have become a favourite way for local business owners to connect, exchange ideas, and build meaningful relationships.

Held on the last Thursday of every month, these relaxed gatherings offer a smaller, more intimate setting than our larger networking nights, giving you the chance to engage in real conversations and spark new collaborations. Everyone is welcome!

This month we’ve partnered with Business NSW to bring you experts from BDO who will outline the upcoming tax changes.

This presentation will provide an update on the Federal Government's proposed tax changes and budget measures affecting family businesses. We will discuss the current status of the reforms, potential impacts on business owners and investors, and planning opportunities to consider in response to the changing tax landscape.

Tom is a Director in BDO’s Business Services team, specialising in private businesses and family offices. He has more than 15 years’ experience advising family groups on taxation, structuring, and succession planning matters. Claire is a Partner in BDO's Tax practice with more than 20 years experience advising high net worth individuals, family groups, private businesses and public companies.  She specialises in taxation, structuring, tax governance and risk management.
