Day workshop - Dance of the Archetypes

From Innocence to Wisdom

12 Archetypes • 12 Initiations • One Human Journey

Join us for a profound day of movement, embodiment, self-discovery, and conscious connection as we explore the archetypal energies that shape our lives, relationships, sexuality, leadership, creativity, and spiritual expression.

We have secured a beautiful, spacious hall that will become our ceremonial playground for this immersive dance and movement experience.

My experience of the soul energy is that it is fundamentally whole, beyond gender, beyond polarity, and beyond separation. The soul itself appears to contain all possibilities within it. Yet through incarnation, life expresses itself through polarity. Through these apparent opposites, consciousness comes to know itself.

We experience movement and stillness, receptivity and penetration, yielding and direction, flow and clarity. One of the most familiar expressions of this polarity is what many traditions have referred to as the feminine and masculine principles.

These energies are not limited by biological sex, gender identity, or relationship orientation. They are universal forces that live within all human beings and can be expressed in countless ways.

Within these masculine and feminine currents live archetypal energies that have guided human development throughout human history. These archetypes are not fixed identities but living potentials waiting to be explored, embodied, and integrated.

Each archetype represents a stage of development, a threshold to cross, and an initiation into a deeper expression of our humanity. Just as life asks us to grow through different seasons, each archetype carries its own lessons, gifts, shadows, challenges, and wisdom.

The journey from Maiden to Crone, from Youth to Elder, is not simply a journey through age. It is a journey through consciousness itself.

Many of us have developed certain archetypal expressions, while others remain hidden, neglected, suppressed, or waiting to emerge. As we reclaim and embody these energies, we expand our range of expression and gain greater freedom, authenticity, intimacy, leadership, creativity, wisdom, and love.

Throughout the day, we will explore twelve archetypes through movement, dance, ritual, inquiry, partner exercises, group processes, and ceremonial embodiment practices.

The Feminine Archetypes

• Maiden
• Mother
• Beloved
• Priestess
• Queen
• Crone

The Masculine Archetypes

• Youth
• Father
• Worshipper
• Magician
• King
• Elder

The Maiden and Youth reconnect us with innocence, wonder, vitality, possibility, and play.

The Mother and Father awaken our capacity to nurture, protect, provide, and care.

The Beloved and Worshipper invite us into devotion, reverence, beauty, longing, intimacy, and the sacred expression of love.

The Priestess and Magician connect us to mystery, intuition, vision, transformation, and the unseen dimensions of life.

The Queen and King embody sovereignty, leadership, responsibility, discernment, and service.

The Crone and Elder offer the gifts of wisdom, perspective, depth, acceptance, and guidance.

Throughout the day, there will be opportunities for both individual exploration and shared experiences as we discover how these archetypal energies live within our bodies, our relationships, and our everyday lives.

This is not about becoming a particular archetype. It is about developing the capacity to consciously access the full spectrum of human expression. The more archetypes we can embody, the more resources we have available to meet life's challenges and opportunities.

Followed by the Archetypal Tantra Touch Temple

Following a dinner break, we return to the same venue for a guided Archetypal Tantra Touch Temple experience.

This unique evening offers an opportunity to explore how these archetypal energies meet one another in relationship. How does the Priestess meet the King? How does the Mother nurture the Youth? What wisdom emerges when the Crone encounters the Elder? What becomes possible when the Beloved and Worshipper enter sacred connection?

While there is openness for intimacy, authentic relating, and meaningful connection, this is not the primary purpose of the evening.

At its heart, the temple is a co-regulatory space where we learn to nourish ourselves and one another through presence, conscious touch, witnessing, attunement, authenticity, and connection.

Temple spaces invite us to discover that we are both the gift and the receiver. Through guided experiences and carefully held structure, we create opportunities to fill our own cup while contributing to the wellbeing and nourishment of others.

Expect an evening of beauty, reverence, playfulness, embodiment, connection, and heartfelt human encounters as the archetypes come alive within a safe and sacred ceremonial container.

Inclusivity

This workshop and temple are open to people of all genders, gender identities, sexual orientations, relationship styles, and levels of experience.

Whether you identify as masculine, feminine, both, neither, or fluidly move between these expressions, the archetypes explored throughout the day belong to all of us.

No prior experience with dance, embodiment practices, tantra, or archetypal work is required. Simply bring your curiosity, your willingness to explore, and your authentic self.

We invite you to fully embrace your authentic self in a supportive, gender-balanced environment. Whether you are single, in a partnership, or simply curious about deepening your self-awareness, this space is crafted for you to explore your sensuality, your inner power, and the dynamic interplay of energies within and around you.

This is more than just a workshop—it is a sacred journey into the depths of your being, where the mind quiets, the body awakens, and the soul remembers.

Spaces are limited, purchase your Early Bird Ticket to avoid missing out.

This is not about performance.
It is about safety.
It is about softness.
It is about letting go layer by layer until you reconnect with your core.

You will both give and receive.
You will experience structure and surrender.
You will learn practical skills you can take home into your relationships and your own self-care.

Marion specialises in attachment trauma, de-armouring, nervous system regulation, and the integration of body, heart, and soul. Her work supports people in navigating incarnation consciously — learning how to feel at home in the body while staying connected to spirit.

She is the founder of the Taste of Love Festival and Tantra School, has facilitated retreats internationally for over 12 years, and serves as ISTA faculty.

A mother of two and a passionate explorer of new paradigm relating, Marion’s work is grounded, direct, and deeply experiential — guiding people back to presence, intimacy, and the mystery of life.
