Community is built by showing up. This Happy Hour, we’re taking over Bar Cala, the Alberta Arts District’s tropical pink heart, where Latin flavor meets Portland soul. Known for bold cocktails, mezcal sipped slow, and food handmade with love, Bar Cala is more than a bar; it’s a gathering place. And on this night, it becomes ours.
