Join us for a guided meditation and talk on Sunday, 29th September led by Dr Lan-Hoa Le.

Lan-Hoa will follow the meditation with a talk on the Wisdom of Dependent Origination. This is a special concept in Buddhism that explains how all things are interconnected and made up of many different parts. Reflecting on this concept allows us to view our problems and issues in a new light, which can refresh our relationships and outlook on life.

Lan-Hoa Lê is a Specialist Anaesthetist and Calm-Abiding Meditation Teacher, and is currently leading a 8-week Calm-Abiding Course at the Central Coast Meditation Centre. Don't miss out on this opportunity to practise meditation together and hear authentic Buddhist teachings.

Beginners and more advanced practitioners are welcome. Cushions and chairs are available at the venue.

The entry is free, but donations are welcome to help us continue to offer classes and workshops, and periodically invite Tibetan Buddhist teachers to give teachings.
