Hello friends!
You’re invited to join us for these monthly sessions to unlock, explore, & love the feeling of your voice in your body. Your unique, resonant voice is your personal healing tool, specifically designed for your body, powerfully calibrated for your mind, energy & your cells (and your kids), and the source of pure untapped creative expression.
We begin with some very simple, grounding & heart expanding voice play and practical vocal exercises, energy tools that I use daily.
No matter your inner dialogue... everyone can sing. I'll show you how easy it is to feel this, and learn to love your voice in a new way.
Then lie down for a ‘Sonic Dreamweaving’ Sound Journey, with vocals, instruments and meditation to unwind, tune your frequencies and explore your inner universe.
The evenings are playful, deeply relaxing & inspiring as we tune our hearts & voices into coherence. Instruments include Voice, Song & Sound Channeling, Medicine Drum, Crystal Singing Bowls, percussive textures & natures vibrations.

SONIC DREAMWEAVING
Sonic Dreamweaving is a guided journey into our wild, playful, intuitive wisdom, that is inseparable from our Earths Intelligent Biome. We all have a deep knowing of our truth & wellbeing.
Sound, breath and meditative states help us to get out of our own way, empty our mind, where natural rebalance can happen.
Each Journey is uniquely different depending on the group energy and theme, and includes Sound Play & Breath, a Sound Bath for cellular healing and Guided Dreaming Journey into our subconscious or ‘inner child’.

Elisha Xantaya from Wild Song, is a Musician, Multi-dimensional Healing guide, Voice & Expression Coach, Community Collaborator, and conduit of natures divine expression, educated in natural healing medicines.
