September Restorative Yoga Immersion with Jolan
Event description
This slow, two-hour nurturing immersion is designed to support your nervous system and guide you gently back home to yourself.
You'll rest deeply in long-held, fully supported yoga poses, before drifting into a guided yoga nidra - a meditation done lying down - to soothe the mind, body, and spirit.
This experience is perfect for anyone craving stillness, softness, and deep rest, including pregnant and postpartum mamas. You'll leave feeling clearer, softer, and more grounded.
Please wear cosy, comfortable layers. All props are provided, but feel free to bring any items that help you feel extra cosy and at home.
I also invite you to linger after the immersion for complimentary herbal tea and sweets, and to receive a gifted oracle card to take home as a little reminder of your time with us.
No experience is needed—come as you are. I'll meet you there.
Spaces are intentionally limited to 10 participants to create a safe, intimate, and supportive environment. A minimum of 4 attendees is needed to bring this experience to life.
