Serious Play: An Interactive Devising Workshop

Come play in an interactive devising workshop led by co-Artistic Director Kate Drummond! Try on some of the generative techniques Dacha uses to create original work, including interactive spectacles like THE VEIL or THE POMEGRANATE TREE, and scripted work like STAR PLAY! You'll leave with a new understanding of how plays are created, strengthened skills in playful spontaneity, and maybe even some inspiration for generative work of your own. 

This workshop will run 90-minutes, and is open to participants of all ages and experience levels. This is a great introduction into Dacha's playful and collaborative creation process. Come ready to play and move!
