Serpent & Flame is a 4-hour women’s immersion rooted in the ancient wisdom of Tantra and the modern need for embodied presence. Through a blend of guided meditation, somatic movement, sensual touch, and gentle ritual, we’ll explore what it means to live in HARMONY with your feminine energy — both soft and strong, still and alive, grounded and deeply felt.

I created this four-hour workshop so we can LOSE THE TRACK OF TIME and fully delve into being present — without rushing anywhere — and go deeper into somatic and sensual experience. That’s what Tantra is about: presence, embodiment, and the FREEDOM TO SIMPLY BE.

This is an intimate, women-only space where your body is honored as sacred and sensuality is welcomed without shame — where you can explore the art of surrender and the power of touch in a safe, supported container.

Together, we will:

~ Reconnect with our inner Shakti, the feminine life force that flows through us all
