This full day course is a combination of Customer Service and Sales Essentials as well as Security and Theft Reduction Strategies for Business.

The workshop looks at how to maximise sales through identifying customer needs, and presenting information to encourage the sale. 

Content also covers theft reduction, this workshop is designed to help businesses build resilience by providing effective strategies for security and theft reduction.

This course focuses on maximising sales through identifying customer needs, and communicating effectively with customers. Participants will gain a greater understanding of fundamental sales techniques as well as strategies to enhance the customer experience.

This session provides a holistic approach to exceeding customer expectations in a service environment.
