Including stories and feelings that have been passed down from previous generations.
IÂ will be drawn to work with consenting individuals on the day.
Working on something that is impacting their wellbeing and quality of life.
The day will also include group activities...
As this is essentially soul work, It is recommended not to have big plans to attend to afterwards, to support integration.
