Setting the Scene for 2026 - Calibration and Coherence

As 2025 draws to a close, it’s a potent time to get deliberate about what you’re calling in for 2026.

Let’s get together to refine our desires, & to bring our energy into coherence with what we yearn for.

This workshop will offer you time to reflect on 2025’s lessons, gifts & experiences, as well as to get clear on the values, desires & attributes that you’re bringing into the new year.

When we use our energy, intention & focus to sink in to what we truly yearn for, & into what we’re creating, the magic of the ‘Anima Mundi’ (soul of the world) rises to meet us.

This workshop will invite you to listen more deeply to the wisdom of your body, & to attune to the natural rhythms & elements of the natural world (of which we are all a part).

Join me in my backyard for Meditation, yoga/movement, journalling & connection.

The ‘offical workshop’ will finish at midday, but feel welcome to stay for snacks & a cuppa is you have the time/inclination.
