Setting your cattle up for feedlot success
Description
All cattle producers are invited to join North West Local Land Services for a workshop focusing on breeding and preparing feeder cattle for high performance on feed and over the hook.
Event details:
Delivered in conjunction with AMG and MLA, this workshop is aimed at breeders and backgrounders of cattle destined for feeder markets to best prepare their livestock and build relationships to become suppliers of choice.
Presenters on the day include:

Australian Meat Group, Insights into AMG and Killara Feedlot Operations
North West LLS Sustainable Agriculture Team, Interpreting carcase feedback, breeding objectives, EBVs and more
Plus a small insight into day-to-day operations with a tour of the Killara feedlot.
Additional details: The cost of these workshops is free; morning tea and light lunch provided.
