Seven minutes to change your mind
Description
Seven Minutes to Change Your Mind
Seven talks. Seven minutes each. One evening to explore the science and stories of dementia disease and brain health, while celebrating 40 years of Alzheimers Otago.
What can you learn in seven minutes? Quite a lot, it turns out.
Join us for an evening of short, sharp talks on the science and stories behind dementia disease and brain health. Seven speakers get seven minutes each to share what they know, what they've lived, and what they'd like you to think differently about.
Every one of our speakers is giving their time freely. They are volunteering their expertise and their stories at no cost, because they believe in the work Alzheimers Otago does and want to help our community understand dementia.
This year, Alzheimers Otago celebrates 40 years of supporting people living with dementia and their families across Otago. Come along to learn something new, connect with others in our community, and help us keep that support going for the next 40.
